I am now on holiday until the beginning of July.
A problem with many services is you just don’t know who is behind the flash logo so here is an introduction.
My name is Mick Wall, I have spent my whole working life working with technology within a corporate environment. The technology I have worked with has supplied me with knowledge to help you at home with any technology issues.
I have recently been helping friends and heard that they had tried other solutions that had been quite expensive and not really fixed the problems.
The sort of issues are can help with are
- Installation of any technology.
- Migration (movement) of data from one PC to another.
- PC diagnostics, why isn’t something working
- PC repair / upgrade.
- Networks, including Wi-Fi setup

There are things you can do to help speed things up
- Have the PC up and running when I arrive so I am not waiting for it to start-up.
- Have any relevant passwords available – I will be needing you to type these in for me.
- Be as detailed as possible with the fault and your expected outcome.
